Order and Payment
No Minimum Order.
The price you see is the price you pay. VAT is included in the price.
Once you have completed your order and finished the checkout process, You will receive a confirmation email.
This email will detail all items you have ordered and your information.

If you have not received an email within 12 hours, check your spam folder or please contact us.
The payment methods we accept are Bank Transfer, Cheques, Postal Orders, Visa and Debit Cards and PayPal.

If you are having trouble placing an order, Please contact us so we can give you some assistance.

All orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days of receiving cleared payment.
Orders can take slightly longer around weekends and holidays.
Please remember that Paypal E-cheques can take up to 10 days to clear.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Packet Post.
Most orders are received within 2 to 4 days.
Altough Royal Mail can be slow at times and do not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days have past.

All Europe and Worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
International orders can take 4 to 10 days to arrive, depending on the country.

No refunds/replacements will be sent if the customer provides an incorrect/incomplete address or if the product has been used or damaged in anyway.

Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your item, you can return it for a refund.
Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the original condition and or packaging.
The Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
No postage costs will be refunded unless a mistake has been made on out part.
Please contact me first, before sending any items back for a refund.
A refund will be issued upon receipt of your Returned Goods.
Items that have been "cut to order" may not be returned as we may not be able to sell these on again.
